Yeah, well, let me just tell you that this is a method that was born out of necessity because

when I first started my garden and I first started preserving, I had young children.

My daughter was two, my son was six and canning tomatoes in the method that you may have

seen your mother or grandmother use like my mom did is very time intensive and that method

involves hours in the kitchen with blanching and peeling and lots of hands on time.

And I know when I first started gardening and preserving, I just didn't have that with

two young kids at home and so I had to figure out something else that would work.

And I was really excited to find something that I've been able to use for the last eight

years that has been a game changer when it comes to time saving.
