Well, I have to be honest with you.

This is something that I actually didn't get right or I guess to my satisfaction until

last year because there's something about like I couldn't find a recipe that I liked.

I initially started preserving cucumbers into pickles using, you know, some recipes

that I found online that had natural ingredients and I just didn't like the taste.

They didn't stay crisp.
