Johnny Quick, power ring. The crime syndicate of Earth 3, they had a bunch of stuff stolen from them by the Secret Society.

They've shown up at a warehouse where Captain Comet, who arrived too late once again to stop the

Secret Society, is there.

This is trouble for him, because they're demanding their stuff back.

Superwoman wants her lasso, power ring wants his power ring. Johnny Quick wants his helmet because without his

helmet, he looks dumb as shit. It's a terrible costume. They're threatening. They're yelling at them,

yelling at him. He sitting there, I think, what can he, what can he possibly do? He needs to find

the, he wants to find the secret society just as bad as they do. he's not part of him. How do they, how

do they, how does he convince them that he's not part of them? Doesn't matter because they're bad

guys. They're just going to torture you or kill you anyway, man. What does it matter? You can't

convince him of anything. Don't just sit there. Well, he sits there. And in an instant,

Captain Comments, mutant mind springs back

through his memory, the same way a non-mutant mind would think back on recent events that
