Last issue, we saw Captain Comet

jumping into a transponder chasing the new secret society

supervillains who are on their way to Earth, too.

Things don't work out exactly the way they wanted to.

We begin dramatically. Captain Comet launching himself in the most dramatic way,

arms extended, leaping into this transponder, a man from the future with an uncertain future.

As it says, upon him depends the safety of two Earths.

He can't handle it.

Because the bad guys are headed to Earth, too.

They're going to plunder Earth, too.

A little known fact about Earth, too.

Filled with plunder.
