Kind of weirdly sexy, but not too much, with a smoking, grizzled nurse next to her, reading an issue of Ring Magazine.

I wonder if that's a Green Lantern fan magazine.

Well, Satana is slightly unconscious,

having these weird feverish dreams of sand hands reaching up and grabbing her throat,

and she's having a dialogue with what she perceives to be the spirit of her father Zatar.

Now, right around this time, there was a storyline in Swamp Thing American Gothic,

and at the end of that story, Swamp Thing with the aid of a bunch of magical DC characters

who was able to stop an evil demon, and Zatar died during this.

So Zatana's wondering, what are you doing here? And he's

asking her to remember why she's there. And of course, while she's telling him, she's reminding

us why she's there. So nice double use of a little bit of story there. He's goading her

and long, reminding her who she is,
