he's able to sum them from a different dimension and control them.

They're super fast because their dimension is super fast,

and they leave energy trails that saps the flash's vital forces,

leaving him paralyzed, and they can carry him away away which is what they're doing they've got

the flesh encircled in their energy contrails and they're dragging him around and pied piper's

extremely pleased with everything that's going on the flash is going to die this is it fact

pye piid piper just takes off he boasts for a little while and I mean, make some jokes about the big sleep, the last roundup, the final countdown. I'm sure he played the final countdown on his, on his pipe as he was running away. He's happy. He's pleased as punch. The Flash is going to die. And the Flash sees exactly what the plan is. See, the speed demons are flying him right towards some high voltage power lines. He's paralyzed.

There's nothing you can do. The speed demons are angry and under control the Pied Piper.
