We open with the portly mayor of Central City, Mayor Pinschow, apologizing on TV to The Flash for everything that's happened.

He's been speaking ill of the Flash for days,

threatening not to give the Flash Museum money to fix everything, talking trash about him. You see,

it was all because he was under the thrall of the Pied Piper. The Pied Piper was the one that was

making him speak so poorly of the Flash. He's giving the speech. He's holding a Flash head, not the head of the Flash, but from a statue of the Flash.

And Pinchel finally gets the big, dramatic momentary hands that statue had over to Dexter Miles

and announces that the city will be paying to fix the Flash Museum, all the damage from the vandals that broke into it.

Of course, those vandals are under the control of the Pied Piper.

Bencho's also wearing yet again another ridiculous outfit.

No hat this time, but a plaid three-piece, like a brown suit with a plaid vest to it, which is a...
