Tom versus the Flash number 255 or, that's right, I've been practicing my baton moves.

Welcome back for the Flash number 255, the November 177 issue feature cover, penciled by Rich Buckler, inked by Jack Hebel, with the issue being edited by Julie Schwartz.

Our story in this issue is Flashback to Danger, written by Carrie Bates, pencil by Irvinovic, inked by Frank McLaughlin, lettered by Ben Oda, colored by Jerry Serp. Recap, we got Mazden, alien that Barry Fotton showcase number four has come back to get revenge. He's playing with Barry's mind, seeing things that don't really exist. The rogues gave him a reward called the Rosco. That might do something.

And Stacy Conwell is conjuring black magic evil demons. There you go. Snap. Right back in.

We started the Allen household with the flash running into the kitchen after a late night of

super speeding all around town. He's exhausted what he's been doing. Why has he been up all night? Well, we'll get to that. In a second, he's walking into the kitchen to go touch something as it captures. It's something that helps him maintain his sanity. Is it the toaster? Does Barry have to touch the toaster to keep his sanity? Now, we know it's the award. It's the Rosco Award that no one else can see except him.

I know sometimes it feels like when you're a superhero and you're helping everyone

that no one can see you for who you are, what you're doing.

They just see the costume.

I think it's easy.

Maybe that's what this Rosco Award symbol is as well as Barry goes

to touch the invisible to most people. Roscoe Award. He hears some strange chanting coming from

Stacey Conwell's room. It's the black magic that's going on. He didn't take care of it last

issue. You got to prioritize right now. You got Mazden, you got the rogues with their

awards. The black magic stuff's got to wait a second. So Flash running through his living room,

up the stairs, heading up towards Stacey's room, hearing her chant that she wants to be the first

human sacrifice for this demon. The Flash has got to do something right now. He goes to the room.

There's Stacy wearing a wizard's cap and a snuggie, I think a snuggie with a wizard's one conjuring some sort of green demon. The Flash goes into action grabbing or heading towards the door, but all of a sudden a green demon hand pops out in a war bouncing them back. The demon's not going to let them escape. So Flash is going to have to do some super speed work.

Runs up the demon punching it at SuperSpeed. Nice. Irv Novik panel, the Flash at super speed,

punching the demon, catching him in a vortex. He's going to drive it back into the very pentagram

he came from. And there goes the demon back into the ground moment later. Stacey is sort of like

regaining her senses. She's confused. Good because then she wouldn't realize that the flash
