Welcome back for the Flash number 155 of September 1965 issue entitled The Gauntlet of

This is a momentous issue, my friends. It's the first time we really have the mention of the Flash

Rokes Gallery. It warms my heart. It's a great issue. We start at a penitentiary near central city

where a guard is simply walking down the hall where he hears a strange exclamation from one of the

cells. Someone yelling that he doesn't belong in there and he needs to be let out. It's coming from

Scudders. Sal, you might remember Scudder is the Mirror Master. The Mirror Master might be a lot of things, but he's not the type of dude to be yelling constantly in his prison cell, so the guard runs over and sees it is just a dude in a white hat and brown suit. They let him out, they go to the warden's office. He explains that he had been walking in Central City Park. Big mistake because that place is dangerous,

when all of a sudden he found himself inside the prison cell.

We cut to the Central City Park where Scudder is just sitting by a park bench

and his prison fatigues wondering how the hell he got out.

That's right.

It wasn't some plan.

He didn't plant mirrors somewhere in this park. He didn't plant mirrors in his prison cell. He got out somehow. Of course he's worried. He's wearing these prison clothes. Someone's going to notice him becomes suspicious. He needs a quick outfit switch. Does he elect to get a suit, a jumpsuit, a mu-moo, a parachute with a hole in it?

No, he's thinking Miramaster.

That's not an inconspicuous outfit, but if we've seen anything about Miramaster,

it's the fact that he needs to get in that goddamn outfit as quickly as he can.

Problem, Gamby, his regular tailor, and trust me, when you

find a good tailor, you stick with him. His regular tailor got arrested for making costumes,

fencing stuff for criminals. I don't know exactly what law makes it illegal to make costumes for
