The first story in this issue is the return of the mirror master, one of the great flash rogues.

We see Iris West, and a photographer who works with her at the picture news at the Central

City Penitentiary.

Or they're there to take photos of Scudder, Sam Scudder, the Mirrmaster.

He tangled the flash.

And because Iris likes to drum up interest in the paper,

she likes to do profiles on the villains probably, on bad guys.

She's a muckraker. She uh she's sort of a matt drudge

of the of the 50s if she had a website she'd always be giving the most sensationalistic stories

to draw people to the website well as they get up the scudder cell you know he's laughing and joking

and when they take the picture and the flash goes off,

all of a sudden, Scudder is gone.

The mirror master has escaped.

Well, Iris, of course, is slightly excited,

not just because she's an evil woman,

but because this means she can sell more newspapers,

they've just captured the moment

when the mirror master broke out of prison.

Later, they head back to the Picture News headquarters where they developed the film and see
