He's reminding Aqualad that Aquilad was the only witness to some acts of piracy by Captain Claw, and in two days, Aqualad's going to have to go testify about it. I hope Captain Claw, that's not his legal name. I don't think that's going to look good in front of the jury. Aqualad puts it in his planet, and he says, I don't worry, I'm going to be there. It's going to be fine. And just as Aqualad and Aquaman are about to swim off a plane and comes screeching out of the clouds, bulleting towards them, strafing the water with bullets. Aquaman screams that they're under attack. He pushes Aqualad under the water. The Coast Guard cutter breaks out his machine gun shooting down the plane into the water.

Aquaman Aqualad grabbed the pilot, and the pilot admits, yes. He's a member of Captain Claus gang,
