They call it a flat top, so it's an aircraft carrier.

Who's the captain in charge of the ship?

Well, it's old 40-knott Bradley.

That is sweet if you have a nickname like 40 Not, and you're an officer, and people just call you 40 Not. That means you're chummy with everyone, but you're still rad enough to have a nickname. There's a big problem. Their anchor has been fouled. It's stuck somewhere on the ocean floor. Something's interfering with it. They can't move. They need help.

Forty knots has got a solution, though.

Breaks out a big old, contch, big old sea shell that he blows into, letting out a mighty foo-hm.

Why would he do that?

Is he insane now?

He explains he got it from Aquaman as a gift. And if Aquaman told 40 knots, if you ever needed help, he'd blown the horn and Aquaman would show up. Has Aquaman only given one shell, and that is to 40 knots?

Has he given shells to all captains of U.S. destroyer and above-sized ships? And they all have

different pitches? We don't know. Not a lot of detail on this.

What we do know is Aquaman happens to be near enough to hear this horn from Bradley,

swims up, gets up on the deck, they start chit-chatting.

Aquaman immediately tells Bradley not to ask about how it works,

which is a closely guard secret, or about the location of Atlantis, which seems strange to immediately be like, don't ask me where Atlantis is. Does he tell that to everyone he meets from the surface? Like, I know what you want to do. I know you want to find out where Atlantis is, but I can't tell you. First thing, right off the bat. Forty Nauts to last, but he doesn't need to know where Atlantis is. It's a sacred spot. It's cool. He just needs help because his hook is filed. Akman's laughing tells his friend it's taking care of. Him and Aquilad jump into the ocean. There's some chumming around. Aquilette says he'd love to get on one of souped up jets, 40 knots sells them as soon as they

get that anchor up, you'll let him ride on one. It's a very loose situation on this book.
