This is the late 1950s, the era of the floating entrepreneur. Couldn't make it as a magician

Throw your name around, get a big banner saying Jason Dieter the Great, make sure the Great is offset so that we could see it behind your head. And so we have here as a floating sorcerer, a floating magician doing tricks for everyone, bringing in the personal boaters, I don't know how he got the word out. I don't know how he got on the raft.

Well, one of the spectators happens to be Aquaman on top of Topo awkwardly, floating by, yelling at the sorcer, yelling at Mr. Deeter to stop blocking the sea lions, and to get rid of his phony robot fish, which causes all the people watching to start laughing.
