You see Jimmy Olson turned in a story about the city's water commissioner taking an ocean cruise, which Perry White thinks is a boring story, which I agree, unless it takes an ocean cruise using taxpayers' money. Then I think that's actually a story the Daily Planet should be covering. But we don't get that sort of detail. We don't know.
