Welcome back, everyone. We're joined today by Tom Rossiter, the president of Resass, a rapidly growing social and global referral network for real estate agents. His service allows agents to discover, network, learn, refer, and connect with agents locally, nationwide, and internationally.

Resass started in 2013 as a social media website for agents and quickly grew in size into a

portal for agents to meet, connect, and exchange, ideas, news, and advice.

Since then, it's recently added listing capabilities, a new marketplace for apps, and a growing array of features

really designed to help agents function more efficiently in today's social media environment.

Tom's going to give us the inside scoop on the resass network and explain why it's quickly

becoming the next killer app for real estate agents in today's marketplace.
