| 0:00.0 | Hi podcast fans. It's so nice to be back with you for a new run of interviews. And it's a big show to start us off with a big man, big Tom Davis. I'd only prior to this spent a bit of time with Tom, not too much, but we had such a good time talking here. |
| 0:21.4 | You're going to love his story of how he came to this business quite late in life, |
| 0:26.2 | which has given him quite late in his life. |
| 0:29.0 | That makes him, that implies, but he's months from death. |
| 0:33.6 | He's not, but he'd done a lot of stuff before he started doing this. |
| 0:56.6 | You'll know him from King Gary. You'll know him from Wonka. You'll know him from Paddington to all sorts of things. He's been on what I like to. We have a fantastic conversation. We touch on all sorts of things. Shut up, Rob. Stop talking. Just play the interview. |

| 1:18.5 | and runs like lasers and electrodes through wherever I feel tight. |
| 1:23.1 | So the golf thing, what I realised once I start, I've only been playing, what, three years years and once I realise I was a big guy really my hips my hamstrings a lot of tightness so I go and see him and it's a weird thing of I've become obsessed with any time I get a niggle or anything I'm like I must go and see this guy I'm like now I enjoy it. It's probably my favorite hour of the week. Prevention rather than cure. Always, Rob. I was recently seeing a physio for, I carry my tension, Tom, in my neck. Yeah. And just here at the top of the shoulder, let's get really tight, okay? So I started to see this guy, Mike, and got really good, got really loose, to the point where he said, I don't think you need to come back. |
| 2:06.3 | To which I wanted to say, whoa, prevention. |
