bad headache.

The chapter starts with a story about the NFL quarterback and seven-time Super Bowl champ,

Tom Brady.

He was recruited by the University of Michigan, but ended up red-shirting his freshman year,

meaning he didn't play in games, but practiced with the team.

This gave him an extra year just to train.

Did that extra year change the trajectory of his career?
