It is quite nippy. It hits us hard, and, you know, hopefully we're prepared for it.

A lot of ice out there, a lot of ways to get slip and fall down.

So everyone be careful out there unless you're working, then go ahead and slip and fall down.

Well, that's nice to hear.

Dave, I have a question for you because people weren't asked me about it because, you know, they know you're popping on the show now.

And they talk about, is there any idea of the percentage of people?

Because their point to me was the percentage of people that get hurt at work is a lot higher than you would think it is, whether it's, you know, the fault of the job site or the coworkers or you yourself or whatever, I guess it does happen quite often. Is that true?

It is. But I'll tell you, most injuries don't have any litigation involved with them.

Right, right.

What happens is you get injured, you get some medical treatment.

The insurance company pays you for, you know, if you're off work for two weeks or whatever it is, you go back working.

You ultimately get released without restrictions.
