Hello my friends. Together on 83. I'm still in England heading home today but I

0:15.9

thought I would take you all more together on here before I head back to St Louis.

0:20.6

So let's find, stop by grounding yourself with some element of nature. I am

0:27.2

going to go through so much beautiful nature around here. I'm going to touch the blue

0:30.3

bells, touch a rose, touch the blossoms on the tree, all kinds of stuff I could

0:37.0

touch here. I'm also going to touch a little weed that is growing between the

0:42.0

bricks. That's just amazing. Okay, you ready to begin? In three, two and one. Off we go.

0:51.7

Now today I thought I'd take you on a bit of a special treat and I thought we

0:57.0

would head down to, oh, got so many favourite places to run. About one of my

1:02.2

favourite places to run called Hearts with a Forest. It's 10 minutes or so from

1:08.7

well, maybe 15. Run from my parents and it's just this beautiful forest of

1:15.3

just massive area that they've protected and it's all taken care of in

1:22.2

forests and it's just so beautiful this time of year. I haven't managed to be

1:30.8

down here yet so maybe we could explore it together today. Might get muddy

1:38.2

feet, but that's okay, right? Yeah, so we're going to make our way down there.

1:46.0

So grateful that my parents have this close to it so that I can run my way down

1:54.9

there, enjoy plenty of time in there and self-touch my back, really as a gift and

2:03.0

even with these few days up from the marathon legs, I can enjoy it. All right, so

2:14.4

well chillier, maybe should have worn dust. We'll be okay. All right, so I'm glad

2:22.9

hopefully you haven't actually only recording this on Wednesday, which is

2:28.2

pretty early for to get the one, but as I haven't really seen or heard whether any

2:34.2

of you enjoyed my pre-shake out solo, earth day, London marathon, pre-London

...
