Summary

We have our second guest hosted #togetherrun this week. Join Superstar and community member Camilla for a run around Venice in the early morning. Camilla takes us through a check in with nature, body scan, senses check in, check in mentally and emotionally and onto a conversation where we can get to know her, and talk through some of the things on her mind.

Camilla starts the run at San Bortolo near Rialto, then takes us through Venice passing all of these famous sites:

0:13.4	It's just before 6 in the morning and I'm in Venice in Italy.
0:19.0	I don't really have a lot of nature to touch but I still like to start my runs by giving
0:27.4	some thanks for where I am and being grateful that I can be running and finding some beauty
0:35.1	around.
0:36.1	So I challenge you to look around and find something wherever you are that is beautiful,
0:42.4	whether you are in the city, in the middle of nature, wherever it is you are, just find
0:46.5	that little detail that it's beautiful and I'm going to start my watch.
0:55.9	I have gloves as well and after I start my watch we'll start running and then I will give
1:04.9	you a little bit of an idea of what are we going to run and three, two, one, let's go.
1:19.0	Let's go.
1:20.0	We started running a little in the very center of Venice, so nearly a alto bridge.
1:27.6	So for our run today we are going to go to San Marco, then I'm running to Santa Stefano
1:36.8	and decademia bridge.
1:38.8	I like to see que tu punta de la salute, it's a nice place, run today it's after it and
1:44.9	then we will see from there where I will try to upload my strada map or a screenshot
1:55.0	of the map, I don't know how that works but just to give you an idea where we run together
2:01.2	I think it's nice to run with someone I know in where you run, so I'll try to remember
2:13.2	everything that goes on and not to get the run.
2:16.6	I'm a very big fan of this run, so Tina, I really like and appreciate that she did that.
2:25.6	I often run on my own when I start running but then I also by the way, here bridges and
