Hey guys, it's the last Friday of March 2020 and a strange Friday it is. The times are strange and big announcement

here as long as this crisis lasts, this coronavirus crisis, the working songwriter is not going to be a

monthly show. It's not going to be a weekly show. And we're going to be here to talk to the

world's best songwriters every week for you here

and as much as possible we're not going to dwell on the health crisis because even though

I've been getting calls and texts and emails for for many of you and I know that many of you

consider me to be something of a public health expert something something of a virologist, something of a quarantine

engineer, that's not actually the case. And I don't know anything about anything. And I'm just a

grizzled songwriter. And the best I can offer you is a little bit of pleasant distraction

during this strange time. So we're going to be doing many more shows while this crisis lasts.
