We did this naturally as young children.

Superman or Batman how far can I go how I ended up finding this as a

Batman, how far can I go, how I ended up finding this as a tool that I use when working with athletes.

The power of building your own mental movie theater in your mind where you go and

you practice your skills, you start to associate yourself with doing something so that when the time comes you can more comfortably execute it in a flawless fashion.

Every single one of you here already knows how to do this.

You've forgotten its use because you're trying to act

through the adult ego and it traps you. Because the creative imagination is our

real superpower as human beings. I'm doing this because I want to bring the best of me out there.

You know I've battled depression all of my entire life I had a very traumatic experience

a sexual assault that happened to me when I was 12.

So I was at this camp and I kind of got singled out by these two men and then over the

course of a couple of days was sexually abused and assaulted.

And I just remember through the experience just wishing that my dad would come through the door.

I don't care if people would judge me because of that. I'm proud of the fact that I did a lot of things despite the fact that those things tried to get in my way.
