early trading.

Children's Place is of 9.1 percent, it reported first quarter profit that beat analysts

estimates as well and also boosted its forecast for the year.

Lending Club, which plunged 51% last week after the surprise departure of its leader and

disclosure of faulty internal controls, said the scandal is prompting investors to suspend

debt purchases and spurring government probes.

Its shares are falling 11%.
