Inquiry report expected imminently.

Rachel Venables will be covering that for us and I'm joined by a young man whose family survived that tragedy

and who has had since Monday to peruse the report.

The original plan, in case you were in any way confused by yesterday's despicable Daily Telegraph front page, was to allow families, grieving families in many cases, well, grieving in all cases, but whether they're grieving for a family member or a friend or a neighbour, of course, is moot to properly peruse these 1,000 pages put together by

Sir Martin Mourbic and his colleagues on that panel. The idea was that families and

neighbors would have the opportunity to do so in isolation. That opportunity was cruelly

taken away by a newspaper yesterday. We will attempt to

restore some of that process today. Five minutes after ten is the time. We will, of course, be

poring over the final detail, but the fundamental line, or at least the first line I think we should

draw from it is a call by Sir Martin Morbick for urgent action.

There is also an insistence this morning that the second phase of the public inquiry must focus on who is to blame for the, and I quote, devastating refurbishment of the building.

That is an observation from a group representing some of the survivors.
