The original plan, in case you were in any way confused by yesterday's despicable Daily Telegraph front page, was to allow families, grieving families in many cases, well, grieving in all cases, but whether they're grieving for a family member or a friend or a neighbour, of course, is moot to properly peruse these 1,000 pages put together by
