| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the podcast that teaches you there's no shame in again. |
| 0:08.4 | If you've just started working on your summer 2026 body, come on guys, we can do it. |
| 0:15.3 | You are one of us. |
| 0:17.6 | I'm Joe and with me is Victoria. |
| 0:20.3 | It's target year 2026, isn't it? No, guys, please. |
| 0:24.1 | Please. It's only August. We can't give up yet. No, I'm not, yeah, I'm not saying we'll go off |
| 0:28.9 | the rails, but I just, I just don't think it's going to be my target year after all. So I'm going |
| 0:33.4 | to go for next year instead. Paul, hi, you're here too. Hi, as this podcast goes live, |
| 0:40.2 | I am currently on holiday in Devon. Happy holidays. Oh, what a lovely. So my summer body 2025 |
| 0:47.5 | is live right now. Okay, we definitely need you in your chinos after the holiday for sure. That's not happening. That's not. That might be a challenge. Okay, fine. But aren't you doing paddleboarding again, though? That's exercising it in your wetsuit. Bodyboarding, not paddle boarding. No, paddle boarding involves standing up. As you've seen, I was not very good at that. Body body body is lying down. |
| 1:11.0 | That's all good. Yeah, you did really stand up there, did you? I stood up momentarily. |
| 1:15.2 | Yeah, a lot of it in the water, though. All right, today on the episode, we've got jabs follow-up, |
| 1:21.1 | including another message about food noise, because that's that phrase that goes with the jabs a lot, which still seems to be meaning different things to different people. |
| 1:31.5 | So we're always interested in your jabs messages about what food noids means to you. |
| 1:37.1 | And another streaker is revealed on the podcast today. |
| 1:42.0 | Also, we are talking about saying no. Just say no, guys. Okay. |
| 1:48.6 | When were you proud to say no to breaking the healthy eating streak you were on? No, I'm not going to have some chips. |
| 1:58.4 | I'm just going to have a salad. When were you proud? Let's try and teach Paul how to turn down a magnum. That's all he needs, guys, in his life. Have you had anything like this recently, Victoria, where you've gone, actually, I feel really proud that I said no to that. Every bloody day living with my other half. Oh, that's true. Every day is a battle. |
| 2:19.0 | Recently, though, the one thing that does come to mind, I think it was a Friday week before |
| 2:22.4 | last, and he really wanted to take away. And he ended up ordering pizza with kebab meat and cheese. |
| 3:25.3 | What? On the pizza? No, pizza, like a meat-fees pizza, separately, cabab meat and cheese. Whoa! What? Yeah. How big was the pizza? Oh, it wasn't, I don't know. What's the smallest size you can get? Ten inch. Small? Yeah, no, it was. I don't know. It wasn't massive. I don't know. I want to say like 11 inches. Is that about right? 12? Anyway, size it all matters, guys. So he ended up eating the whole thing. And I actually wasn't tempted. So I don't know if this is me saying no because I genuinely didn't want it. In another life, I would have done 100%. But yeah, he's always getting things that you shouldn't have sweets, chocolates, everything. But I've just, I've learned to just, just ignore him. You're just being, you know how to do this now. You've got this. I do know how to do this. Yeah. So, no, I'm not that bothered. |
| 3:30.9 | If he wants to order that stuff and feel like shit, which you did, that's a you problem, not a me problem. |
