It was some of the most tense moments I have ever experienced inside a courtroom.

As Donna Sue Edelson and her defense team were wavering over whether or not she was going to testify on her own behalf in the case of Donna Sue Adelson versus the state of Florida.

And ultimately, you couldn't even hear inside the courtroom, she sounded like a church mouse.

But at the end of the day, Donna Sue Adelson telling Judge Stephen Everett, I am not going to testify on my own behalf.

This is gavel-to-gavel coverage of Donna Sue Edelson versus the state of Florida live from Leon County, the home of Tallahassee, one of the greatest cities in all the United States. But the story here was, is Donna going to testify on her own behalf or not?

And then when we got to that moment in the trial where decision had to be made,

it was a stall tactic going on,

uh, the defense repeatedly asking for five more minutes. And at one point, they were huddled in the

corner and Judge Steven Everett, who does not play games, said, you better get over here and give me

an answer before I start holding people in contempt.

And they rushed on over and shortly thereafter.

It was hard to hear inside the courtroom.

But I know you heard it well on surviving the survivor,

Donna Adelson telling the judge she is not going to testify.
