It is day 11 of testimony in the Donna Idelson trial.

And in as many days, two days, there has been another sequestration disaster of sorts.

Yet another witness was in the gallery and caught the attention of Judge Stephen Everett. There was an entire proffer about it,

and ultimately Judge Stephen Everett decided to let this witness, another divorce attorney,

get up on the stand after Georgia Kaplanman agreed to let this woman get up there. And then there was a blistering cross-examination for most of the day.

It was a bit monotonous.

But as we headed into lunch, things got heated.

a complete battle between the defense and the government,

but in other way is sort of a war of attrition with a lot of people believing

that the defense is just fumbling and fumbling here at every turn.

And as a result, it has been difficult at times to follow

and also difficult at times to watch.

But I got to tell you, the people who have been absolute troopers and all this are the most important people that there are, and those are the jurors.

They, to me, do not seem to have lost any focus at all.

They were particularly interested in what was going on once this second sequestration order in as many days was violated by the defense.
