So Andy won't be joining us this week.

He will be, I believe, in Port St. Lucy next week, so hopefully he'll be on the show in some capacity then.

Nelson, we didn't get to some fan questions last time.

We will get to everybody's questions this week,

at least the ones that are still relevant and most of them are. So we'll go through

Figgy's replies when he tweeted out for questions last week. But the story of the day today,

especially in Metsland, but really it's a big story of Major League Baseball right now.

It's Jacob de Gromps. So he had a press conference for the first time in spring training.

And, you know, basically was asked, this idea that you would sit out if you don't get the extension,

we move past the deadline, is that something you would consider?

And instead of the, I don't know, the answer the fans might have wanted to hear, which was,

no way.

Like, I love baseball too much.

I love the Mets.

We need to win.

Anything that's going to help us win, I'm making $17 million.

I'm well taken care of.

Instead, the answer the fans got was it's something I will talk to my agents about. So what is your

reaction to that? Well, it's not the workload at the beginning of the year. He's trained too hard
