We cannot do it all, and that's where we lean on community and we lean on each other.

And as Connie Schultz would say, we take our breaths during the long notes and the other people will sustain and then we come back in so they can get their breath.

I think all of that is really important in this moment.

So today it's about celebrating the podcast and Katie, let's start by looking back to the spring of 2021.

You decided red, white, and blue should have a podcast, and you reached out to the three of us.

I'm curious, what made you want to get into the podcast game and why you chose us?

It feels like yesterday and it feels like a million years ago, doesn't it? Just like everything

else in this era. But, you know, actually, I was super clear on that and it remains clear to me today.

I mean, red, white, and blue is all about meeting women where they are, are. That's what you all do with conversations here.

And podcasting has just been taking off in recent years as a place that people go for

information, for news, for community.

And so, you know, that's what we try to do, meet people, whether that is in their own local

communities, in their living rooms, or, you know, on social media.
