An official for the U.S. Labor Relations Agency has accused SpaceX

of violating a federal workplace law.

In the summer of 2022, around 400 SpaceX workers

signed a letter that called CEO Elon Musk's public statements

and behavior embarrassing and distracting and

asked SpaceX management to publicly separate the company from Musk's

personal brand. Shortly after the letter was distributed, the company fired eight

employees involved.

SpaceX didn't respond to a request for comment.

According to a spokesman for the Labor Board,

the Labor Board's regional director for the Los Angeles area

will try to settle the case.

A key official overseeing China's video game industry was told to step down.

That's according to people familiar with the matter.

The move comes days after authorities proposed curbs that wiped

more than 60 billion dollars off the market value of Chinese game companies.

Authorities have indicated that they might walk back some of the proposed rules, which would limit the time and money people spend on computer and smartphone games.

And Instrumentation Maker Thermo Fisher Scientific says it no longer sells certain DNA-based human identification products in Tibet.

This follows a similar decision to stop sales of the items in Xinjiang, though the company

didn't say whether it will affect its business in other parts of China.
