Open AI has unveiled a less expensive version of its flagship artificial intelligence system

that includes a new voice assistant.

The new model dubbed GPT 4O can better digest images and video and can interact with people by voice

in real time,

according to the company's chief technology officer.

The company said that unlike current voice assistance,

people can interrupt this new AI voice feature

while talking to it, and the model is capable of

responding close to instantaneously. This feature will roll out to users who pay

for ChatGPT plus the company's $20 a month feature in the coming weeks.

Website Development Company's Square Space has agreed to go private in a 6.6 billion dollar deal.

The takeover by firm Permia underscores private equities interest in the technology sector.

Square space said its shareholders will receive $44 in cash for each share they own.

That's a 15% premium to Friday's closing price.

Square Space, which went public in 2021, said that going private offers the company flexibility

and resources.
