We exclusively report Microsoft is planning a major shakeup of its video game sales strategy.

The Tech Giant will release the coming installment of Call of Duty to its subscription service

instead of only selling at Al-A, the long-time lucrative approach.

The plans mark the biggest change to Microsoft's gaming division since it closed the

75 billion dollar takeover of Activision Blizzard last year.

Consumers will still have the option to purchase the game outright for playing on consoles

or computers.

A Microsoft spokesman declined to comment.

More exclusive W.S.J. reporting, CoreWeave, an artificial intelligence cloud computing startup

backed by NVIDIA has raised $75 billion dollars. Investors include Blackstone, Black Rock, and

Carlisle Group in what is one of the largest ever private debt financing.

Two weeks ago during an equity funding round, the company

was valued at $19 billion. Cora weave sits near the center of the AI boom. It leases

out access to AI chips from

NVIDIA that are essential to creating AI systems such as
