It's fun to watch the young ones think they invented April Fool's Day hoaxes.

I made a note and then yet the show almost started without it anyway because it's just a little detail you know you forget forget yeah but uh thank you Scott Fletcher for your time I think I have a lot of years of TMS where April Fool's Day fell on a day that we weren't doing a show either either it was a weekend yeah or it was uh before we started doing Fridays or something but um those were the lucky times the life that's right yes although so far I haven't really felt bombarded by it maybe I'm not following the things I used to

that would give me a lot of April Fool's business but I haven't really seen anything no most most uh things that I'm getting are you know you open your email and it's like ads from places you've got stuff before we're having a sale today no fool and yeah yeah they liked it that's yeah

yes they're you they're they're backpacking on this thing but not in a literal way they're like saying hey and we're not good we're not joking around with these prices like alright and and

and it's really a problem that they caused themselves

by buying into it when they did, right?

When they probably did send out April Fool's Day jokes

as part of the mailing list.

And I was like, okay, nope, now we're not doing it.

Huh?

Yeah, it's a bit of an obnoxious reality we live in.
