Our bodies work in a binary system in many different ways.

For example, when we're in a state of stress, our sympathetic nervous system, that quote,

fight or flight nervous system, is really running the show.

And the parasympathetic, quote, rest and digest nervous system is halted.

It's getting muted.

Both of those things are not running the show at one time.

It's very similar to the zeros and ones with binary code.

When one thing is on, the other thing is getting pushed to the side.
