Every thought that we think releases correlating chemistry into our bodies.

It's going to release chemicals associated with things like serotonin and dopamine and oxytocin.

These kind of feel good related neurotransmitters, dual hormones, like serotonin, dual hormone, dual neurotransmitter.

And what we're talking about here with the hormone, we're talking about cellular communication,

sending data from cell to cell, these little chemical messengers.

Neurotransmitters doing something very similar with our nervous system.

These are all creating the feelings that we experience.

That's what life is really about. It's about the feelings.
