But it's not just our muscles, even our immune cells are built from proteins.

And our hormones are built from proteins. We really don't think about that and how vital these amino acids are to bring in because our bodies simply can't make what it doesn't have.

So to be able to build higher form cellular structures, we need to be able to bring in the raw materials, the building blocks to make the magic happen.
