Now, there's this really great tenant that says,

you don't rise to the level of your expectations,

you fall to the level of your training.

We're going to revert to the things that we've habituated.

We're going to revert to the mindset and the strategies

and the actions that we generally have that we've cultivated in our lives

when problems show up.

So if we've cultivated a habit of sticking our head in the sand,

we get that ostrich vibe going.

If we've cultivated a strategy where we're pointing fingers

and blaming others, if we've cultivated and habituated,

a practice of finding the gift and things and the opportunity,

that's what's going to be expressed.
