| 0:50.0 | and a sense of significance to be able to thrive as a human being. |
| 0:55.0 | You know, we evolved as being a part of a community, |
| 0:58.0 | being part of tribes and having our value placed within that |
| 1:03.0 | and our sense of connection and being seen is incredibly important. |
| 1:08.0 | So having the ability to share our perspective, |
| 1:11.0 | to share our life, that is an aspect of freedom. |
| 1:14.0 | Another human need under the umbrella of freedom is the need for growth. |
| 1:19.0 | There's a statement that says you're either growing or you're dying. |
| 1:23.0 | You can't sit still. Life is moving. Life is happening. |
