I just got back off a road speaking at an epic event in Seattle.

And shout out to everybody who came out to see me.

And what a great time.

And first of all, we've got one of the amazing speakers from the event on the show today, who's also a really good friend of mine.

But at the event, you know, I've been working behind the scenes on a big project for a few months now.

And so this was like my first time to kind of get away and go out and talk.

And so I was pumped to do it.

But my body was just not acclimated to traveling like that, right?

So I'm in the Uber, right?

I'm in the plane for three hours.

I'm back in the Uber again.

I'm sitting at the event.

And I found that, and also me being behind the scenes, I had time to get in and like respond to a lot of my DMs

and replying to emails and things like that that I've really been behind on the last few months.

And so my neck was like down in this position, silly me.

You don't realize it.

And your body being trained one way and you doing this other thing, I end up in a lot of pain.
