Listen, today is a very special episode and something I've been wanting to do for a while,

but I was compelled to do it now myself because I just went through something.

And I truly believe that everyone at some point needs a little bit of inspiration.

And I was wanting to put together a compilation of some of the most inspirational people

to somewhere around 350 episodes which is just insane and the membrane itself.

But, you know, for me, I tend to live at a higher state, at a higher vibration.

I've been through a lot of stuff in my life and I've done a lot of work and a lot of inner work

just to get myself to a place of stability. And I truly do feel like our motivation and even our

happiness, we have a thermostat for that. And no matter how low things might get in a day or how

high they might get, we're going to tend to find ourselves back at that baseline.

And I was dealing with a really tough day recently. And, you know, it's usually spurred about

if the conditions are right and you've probably experienced this as well. Maybe you're short on sleep,

maybe you're a little hungry, maybe you've been extra stressed. But just that formula

created a template for me to just have some news come in and just kind of bring me down a little

bit to the place that I could honestly say that I was unhappy. And that's not something I say very

often again because I've done this work and I tuned into something and it immediately lifted my
