Hello, my friends, and welcome to today's show. I'm so excited to be speaking with you. It is

4.30 in the morning in London, and jet lag is upon me. And while jet lag is upon me, I slept from

8 p.m. to midnight, and then I woke up. And I just got back from Australia. And so I was really,

really proud of myself the first day. I did a really good job. I stayed up till almost like midnight the first day. So I really, because I'm really, really proud of myself the first day. I did a really good job. I stayed up till

what I thought would be all of the jet lag. No, no. Second day, it's hitting me more than the first one.

But the good side of that is this really, really reminds me of back in the day, if you've listened for a long

time, do you remember the episode, The Things I'm Afraid to Tell You episode. I did that back in

probably 2016, 2017, early days of travel life. And when I was in London, there was a very funny

staying and I couldn't fall asleep. And today, while I have jet lag, there are two noises going on

in my house as I've been awake from midnight until this 4.30 in the morning.

One is an uncing base situation, house party, hopefully not a club or anything that's recently

opened in the last two weeks while I was away, but it's happening outside my bedroom window.

And then in my living room, there's this high-pitched screeching noise that I cannot understand

and was never

there before. So I've just been listening to both of these beautiful noises, uncing and screeching

at the same time while laying with jet leg. And I just like in the things that I'm afraid to tell you

episode, recorded in the middle of the night, this is the middle of the early morning

as I do it now. So it's kind of a full circle moment to me to record at a very unconventional
