Sorry that I'm airing this on Friday, rather than my new

ideal Wednesday drop delivery day for you. Oh my goodness, has it been a week? What a week.

Did you have a crazy week this week? I'm saying I'm airing this on February 13th of 2026. So if you're listening to this later, that's the week

that I'm speaking about. Oh, my goodness. I know there's been a lot of stuff happening in the news,

and I know America's been going through a lot from what I see on social media and stuff.

So I'm sure just even on that level of things, there's been a lot happening. But also for me

personally, on the personal side, oh my goodness,

did a lot of things happen? And I was feeling them and I'm like just so many different levels.

I feel like I've lived three weeks in this last six days. And there's so much yet to come.

So let me kind of fill you on. This is a little flow diary's episode for you. So I'll talk about this week and what happened. But let me give you a backstory because as I record this, I am right after finishing this publication and posting this to you guys. I'm going to start packing for Australia. Tomorrow evening, I take off from London Heathrow to Sydney, Australia.

I haven't been back since, I think it was.

I'd have to go look at pictures to kind of just confirm.

I think I was last there, January, February of 2023, if I am not mistaken.

This ironically was during a time that I was rebranding from jesslively.com to bella lively.com

and I was doing and working on the photo shoot from Australia for those few months that I was there.

It was before I had my London visa.

And that's the last time I was visiting.

And this year, at the beginning of the year of 2026, I was talking with my friend Maria

from Portugal, my
