Hello, my friends, and welcome to today's show. I am so excited to be speaking with you. I've got a good old-fashioned Q&A for you. Lots of questions to dive into. It has been changing my life.

the way that it's happening, even in this first week of the year, so much is happening

and so much is taking shape because of how I approached the new year and the frequency

bandwidth.
