Welcome to the lively show. Let am excited to do another flow diaries with you I hope you like these

episodes I think I'll do a Q&A for the next episode but in this one I wanted to do

some more flow because a flow has been happening I have to say I think I might have mentioned this in a few recent episodes, I have never felt better in my life.

I have never had more energy in my life, I have never had more ideas flowing and overflowing through me. It's wild.

I have to say it's been a really, really cool new chapter and actually speaking of so many new things are happening if so if you're

wondering about what is going on with team alively. Bella is alive and she is

a cracking at a lot of different things and I am just I think because of all that happiness and if you ask you know what is that about really I feel like my dad's

transition to the non-physical as I shared in the episode, a handful of episodes ago, was such a positive

and empowering experience for me, which you hear about in the show why it was so different

and unique for me than it typically is when a parent passes away and his message saying you know don't hold yourself back you're not wrong you're just very very far ahead.

Not that I think about that often at all, but I do think there's just some kind of wind at my

back, not that it's him.

He's busy off going into his next, you know, reincarnation cycle, but I just feel like there is this confidence in me and

this new chapter emerging and I think all those Sophia sessions I've been doing

since May every week five days a week has been transformative. I can't

say enough good things about all of it I think you know compared to my energy

over the last nine years as a whole. I've never had this kind of alignment and ease and

flow and I'm just sharing that with you because you might be like this is a lot of stuff

from you when I get into like all the things happening in the

company I'm just like wow I just have the energy for all of this of course it's not

something that everyone has to take part in all these things I'm just excited by

everything that's flowing through me so
