It's time for a Flow Diaries episode! Or, should we say, what's not flowing? After a tumultuous few weeks with losing her father and ending a relationship, Bella felt the need for a fresh start. To get things moving, she opted for a colon cleanse. From colonics to digestive enzymes, she tells us how it's going.
After concluding her relationship, she had time to digest the lessons that presented, especially as it coincided with her father's transition into the nonphysical. She explains how personality traits and past lives have impacted her, and how she thinks they may be able to help you as well.
And, where is she off to next? Let's go to show and find out!
