Hello, my friends and welcome to today's show.

I'm so excited to be speaking with you today.

It has been a minute.

I have been so excited to do a flow diaries episode for you.

And I've been waiting and waiting and waiting for the right moment to appear where I would

do so.

And it turns out the right moment is, as I'm on a New Zealand Abraham Hicks cruise, cruising

by some beautiful Lord of the Rings style beaches and mountain cliffs in the Milford

sound right now.

But also, I just want to say at the start of the show, if you hear any strange noises

in the background of the recording, it's because there is a cruise ship happening

and everybody is going about their daily activities while I'm in my room recording for

you.

So hopefully we'll minimize the distractions, auditoryly speaking, but we'll do our best

at this.

I just have the inspiration to speak to you now and I'm so excited.

And it makes so much sense in a lot of ways that it's happening now because there's so

much I can now wrap up in a flow diaries episode to really explain some amazing flow that

I've had in my life, but also kind of give you a greater arch of time that I've been
