It's a little nerve-racking to do something new as many new things are, but I'm going to give a shot at doing a post but in the

format of a podcast instead on Tuesdays I normally write for those that read the blog on just lively.com

on Tuesdays a little post that can help you with your life and today after what has

been a crazy six weeks of work. I am just kind of feeling pretty depleted and I

thought I would share what this experience has been like and share the lessons

I've learned and do it in a way that feels a little mentally easier if not a little

scary at the same time. So today I'd like to share a little bit about what's been

going on with me since I'm not even sure mid to late August really September was pretty much a huge

blur for me as you guys know I launched life with intention online I spoke in

Nashville in the middle of that launch and then have been since then running and

creating the course as I go. So I've spent a lot of time beforehand with the material

for 14 months with the curriculum designer all summer.

And then when it's come to actually creating the modules and the videos themselves,

I've been going week to week so that I can see the experiences that the students are having

and then take what I've learning from them and share it in the next week's module,

which is really awesome but also puts a time crunch on me.

So again, I've been kind of working around the clock, just like I did with the launch and during

the whole speaking engagement.
