advice. In this show we're going to talk about the parable of the two wolves that

inspired the one you feed title and we're going to discuss those two wolves and I call

them in my own work the ego versus intuition we're going to discuss them from a large

evolutionary standpoint and then we're later in the second half of the episode

going to really narrow it in and focus on our own daily experiences of those two

wolves and how we can overcome things like comparison in our lives and we're also going to have a

fascinating conversation about meditation and this conversation about

meditation I think is going to make the concept of meditating feel much

more approachable and doable for people. In fact I didn't

even think I meditated before having that conversation but through talking to

Eric I realized that I have been meditating even though I didn't think I was.

So there's a lot of great ideas that feel very, very approachable for people that normally may not think they meditate or may not be interested in it.
