I am going to be the one in the hot seat for this episode.

So to host this episode of the Lively Show,

I have invited Rachel McDonald, a writer, teacher, and speaker with a blog called InSpaces Between.com.

I asked Rachel for two reasons. One, she has a very lovely Australian accent, and two, because she is definitely someone

I regard in a huge way as a peer in the work that I do through life with intention.

And I wanted to introduce her to Life with Intention

online, the course I've been working on all summer long,

rebuilding from the ground up and taking it

to a whole new level, by far the most ambitious project I've taken on with by far the most powerful

work I've ever done. So I wanted her to get an experience of that course so that she could really

talk about this stuff from a really knowledgeable place.

She's definitely someone who would be able to tell me if I was parking up the wrong tree

or disseminating the wrong information.

Thankfully that's not the case and she doesn't think that but I really did want to have someone

on who knew what I was talking about and could really honestly from a really knowledgeable
