I'm so excited to say that we are just two days shy of our seven month

anniversary for the lively show. Thank you guys so much because of you and all of your sharing

and all of your love for the show we are just shy of 185,000 downloads.

Actually today I think we'll probably go past that mark.

Thank you guys so much. It really means a lot to me me obviously I put a lot of time into these

episodes for you takes me up six to eight hours per episode to put them together

for you so I really really appreciate that you guys really appreciate what I do and that it's really making

a difference in the lives of those who listen.

So before we get started today, I have two other exciting announcements to share as well.

The first is Life with Intention Online, that class I've been rebuilding from the ground

up all summer long, is going to be opening for registration next Tuesday.
